How long is the free trial period?
Unless otherwise specified, free trials of MasterSeries LCA last for 14 days.
Do I need to sign up with a credit card for a trial?
No, you do not need to enter any credit card information while trialling the software. When your trial ends you will have the option to upgrade to a paid subscription, at which point you will need to enter payment information.
How many people can use the trial?
While on a trial, you can invite up to three other people to create accounts and try MasterSeries LCA (4 users in total).
How do I switch plans?
If you are an administrator on your company account:
- Go to your account settings in MasterSeries LCA
- Click on the Subscription tab
You will be redirected to the subscription portal where you will be able to switch between plans.
Alternatively, you can:
- Go to the users area
- Click the "Update" link under the subscription heading
You will be redirected to the subscription portal where you will be able to update payment details.
